Delivery

We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Shipping fees are calculated automatically, just after you have finalized your order. They will appear in the amount you must pay.

What is the delivery time?

Your order will be sent within 3-5 working days after it has been placed.

The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is:

  • 1-2 working day to France
  • 3-5 working days to Europe
  • 5-10 working days to the remaining destinations

The products are delivered to the address of delivery you indicated during the time of purchase.

Shipments in France are made by TNT.

For shipments within the European Union or outside of Europe, Non Sans Raison uses UPS, Fedex and DHL.

When sending a package, we will send an email with the tracking number. You can follow your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service by indicating the tracking number. In the event of unusual delay, a mail will be addressed to you.

Customs and other fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.  In the event of loss or of deterioration of the product during transport, the customer will have to inform the conveyor of it as fast as possible.

If nobody is at the address when the carrier makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and the carrier leaves with the package. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the carrier note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address,time or tell them the package can be left in your back yard etc.

Returns & Exchange

Non Sans Raison is committed to providing you high quality items made in France. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased with us, we will be happy to exchange or reimburse you. You have 7 days from the date of receipt of the item to return us the products.

Please contact our customer service team before returning an item at:  mail@nonsansraison.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label by email and return costs will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, in their packaging and with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

Broken, damaged, incomplete or used items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Packages returned without necessary return information will be sent back to the customer.

Customs taxes applying from countries outside the European Union may be charged to the customer if the return is proceed with his/her own courrier.
